About the Role
We’re looking for a Brand Partnerships Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll build partnerships between leading brands and our creators — driving new relationships, developing campaigns, and making sure the right brands connect with the right voices.
If you’re energized by sales but see it more as relationship-building and storytelling, this role is for you.
Build and grow relationships with brands that want to reach professional and business-minded audiences
Create proposals and media plans that align brand goals with creator strengths
Lead the full sales cycle: outreach, pitching, negotiating, closing, and ongoing support
Stay on top of what’s working in creator marketing, advocate for our creators in every deal, and act as a strategic thought partner to brands looking to break through in smart, effective ways
You’re a self-starter and are prepared to thrive on a small team
Interest in or experience in a client-facing role
Someone who enjoys building relationships and closing deals
Experience in media, marketing, or the creator economy is a plus (but not required)
Must be NYC-based (in office Mon-Thurs)
