We keep a working relationship with our freelance bench and vendor list, reaching out first when new projects match your skills, scale, and availability.

Own event production end-to-end: scoping, budgeting, vendors, and on-site execution. 4+ years producing branded events and a reliable vendor network.

Execute the production plan on-site across AV, rigging, carpentry, or fabrication, from setup through strike. Experience on branded productions, comfort with long physical days, union status noted, certifications a plus.

Represent the brand on-site through check-in, ushering, VIP management, or coordination. Prior hospitality or events experience, strong communication, and reliability through long shifts.

Florist

Partner with us on florals and installs, from intimate arrangements to large-scale builds. Distinctive portfolio, ability to scale, proper licensing and insurance, flexibility on custom briefs.

Creative / Content Assistant


Capture or create content per the shoot brief with fast turnaround for social. Relevant portfolio, your own gear, and quick-turnaround delivery experience.
